Our
Estate
Working
in the family estate since 1965, Bruno Hunold represents the third generation
of an old-established wine growers family. In 1984, his parents Maria
and Edouard Hunold handed over the reign of the family business with 22
acres of vineyards into the hands of their son Bruno and his wife Andrée.

From
then on, the property grew from year to year, with new buildings being
added, including a generous lounge for wine tasting, as well as additional
storage rooms. The production cellars were modernised and equiped with
all the necessary installations and engines to ensure the production
of highest quality wine. Today, Andrée and Bruno are being supported
by their two daughters, Sylvie and Valérie, who help to guarantee
the smooth running of their property, which by now has grown to 31 acres
of prime positioned vineyards.

Our
large wine tasting lounge, traditionally called "wine cellar",
can welcome up to 50 persons. This gives our clients the possibility
to taste our different wines, produced from seven sorts of grapes, and
our selection of fine spirits, in a traditional and comfortable ambience.
65 % our annual production are being sold in France, either directly
on our estate, or by delivery or mail, and the other 35 % are being
exported to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and even Latvia
and the United States.

Our
annual production averages around 100'000 bottles of various makes
of Alsatian wine. Among those we have a fine selection of wines
from very old vineyards (vines of more than 25 years of age), with
the designation "Côte de Rouffach", as well as our
Grand Crue Classé "Vorbourg", our sparkling wine
"Crémant Cuvée du Paradis" and our late
harvest specialities "Vendages Tardives" and "Sélection
de Grains Nobles" .
Our
range of products also includes a selection of fine spirits.
